We take great care in each of our Kitchens and provide a full Warranty on Materials and Workmanship.

Each customer receives a written Warranty document on completion of their Kitchen installation.

If you have an issue with the Materials or Workmanship within the Warranty periods, call us on 02890130062 and we will arrange for someone to call and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

For all Appliances purchased from Kitchens Direct NI, always complete and return your guarantee documents included with your appliance to the Manufacture and keep the remainder of the documentation safe.  Should a fault develop once your appliance is fitted, contact the manufacture direct and provide them with the serial number and they will have access to your guarantee and warranty information.  An engineer will visit your home, usually within 48 hours and either carry out the necessary repairs or arrange for a replacement.
